In addition, they can invite more partners from the EU, the UK, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, or Moldova.
The deadline for applications is 28 February.
The House of Europe programme fosters professional and creative exchange between Ukrainians and their colleagues in EU countries and the UK. It focuses on different professional fields: culture and creative industries, education and youth work, social entrepreneurship, and media.
