
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), with support from the EU, is recruiting 13 experts for 24-month assignments to support the Moldova Growth Plan across various ministries.
This opportunity is open to applicants from Moldova who have 2–3 years of experience in law, economics, project management, or procurement.

Since signing the EU Association Agreement and the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA) in 2014, Moldova has attracted over €1.6 billion in investments. Building on this progress, the European Commission’s Moldova Growth Plan aims to fast-track reforms and strengthen ties with the EU.
