The ‘Farfalle nella testa’ cooperative in Bordano (Friuli-Venezia Giulia), which is dedicated to promoting science, is inviting volunteers from Ukraine to help the cooperative and the local community with environmental work and cleaning up the lake shores at the ‘Val del Lago’ eco-museum.
Volunteering will take place from 20 August to 20 October, 2026
The tasks also include cooking meals, cleaning the shared spaces and promoting the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) programme with photos and videos. The volunteers will have the opportunity to participate in sports and creative workshops, such as: rafting, bike ride, flight approach tutorial, ceramic and craft, drum circle, yoga, etc.
Volunteers will be offered pocket money (€23 per day) and will be accommodated in double or triple rooms with bathrooms and a common kitchen.
The call is open to residents or citizens of Ukraine aged 18-30, ready for teamwork, open-minded, and loving nature and animals.
The deadline for applications is 30 June.
