Manual on case law of the Court of Justice of the EU on the rule of law and its significance for Ukraine

This Manual is vital in preparing for enlargement negotiations on Chapter 23, Rule of Law and Fundamental Rights and Freedoms. It contains a summary of the most significant judgments of the Court of Justice in the rule of law cases and aims to help the judiciary to better prepare for bilateral meetings.

The Manual was developed by project experts Tetiana Komarova, Chair of the EU Law Department at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, and Adam Lazowski, Professor at the Westminster School of Law, under the EU-funded project Pravo-Justice, which promotes greater rule of law in Ukraine, in line with European standards and comparative practices.

The Manual is available only in Ukrainian.
