This brochure provides guidance on advancing gender equality in the workplace in Ukraine, highlighting the importance of ensuring equality in decision-making, inclusive hiring and career development practices, equal pay for work of equal value, inclusive work environments, gender-sensitive occupational safety and health considerations, and work-life balance. The publication was prepared for the State Employment Service of Ukraine by the EU4Gender Equality Reform Helpdesk project, funded by the European Union and implemented by Niras.
