Factsheet: The European Flagship Fund for the Reconstruction of Ukraine

This factsheet, released by the European Commission in November 2025, highlights the European Flagship Fund for the Reconstruction of Ukraine, a landmark initiative by Team Europe to accelerate Ukraine’s recovery and support its path to EU membership.
