Factsheet: EU Solidarity with Ukraine

This factsheet, released in December 2025,  highlights the EU’s political, financial, economic, humanitarian, military and diplomatic support to Ukraine and its people in the face of Russia’s war of aggression.

Since February 2022, overall EU support has reached €193.3 billion, including €3.7 billion from the proceeds of immobilised Russian assets.

The factsheet also features how the EU supports the EU-Ukraine Solidarity Lanes, Ukraine’s energy security, education, culture and civil society.

It also highlights the EU’s efforts to hold Russia accountable for war crimes committed in Ukraine.
