The ‘EU4Youth: Youth Engagement and Empowerment’ project has successfully completed its Youth and Youth Organisations Empowerment Programme, bringing together 120 participants from nearly 50 youth organisations. The programme provided participants with the skills and knowledge to actively engage and lead initiatives within their communities. It aimed to build a more active, informed, and empowered network of youth civil society organisations (CSOs) in Georgia.
The training was conducted in two separate sessions, from 31 July – 2 August and 8-10 August, combining both theoretical instruction and practical activities.
The training modules focused on key areas essential for youth development:
Through these sessions, participants strengthened their capacity to implement local initiatives that promote youth involvement and empowerment, contributing to a more inclusive and participatory society.
The capacity development programme was organised by Loialte LLC within the framework of the ‘EU4Youth: Youth Engagement and Empowerment’ project, co-funded by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by GIZ.
