EU urges Russia to reverse decision to suspend participation in Black Sea deal

The European Union has urged Russia to reverse its decision to suspend participation in the Black Sea deal. The Russian Defence Ministry announced the decision on 29 October.

Borrell added in another tweet that he had called UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres to discuss the issue and coordinate actions to ensure grain and fertiliser export from Ukraine.
