eTwinning releases new e-book on Teaching Media Literacy and fighting Disinformation


eTwinning, the biggest learning community for teachers in Europe, has presented its new book ‘Teaching Media Literacy and fighting Disinformation with eTwinning’.

This book aims to inspire and support teachers and pupils of all ages by exploring the multiple aspects of this topic, illustrating examples of eTwinning projects, and offering resources and activities. It explains the concept of disinformation, looks at how young people engage with media, showcases outstanding eTwinning projects on media literacy and disinformation, and gives examples of tools and resources, as well as of classroom activities for developing media literacy.

This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service.
