პროექტის მთავარი მიზანია დაზარალებულ ადამიანებზე პანდემიის ზემოქმედების მინიმუმამდე შემცირება, იმ სახელმწიფო ორგანიზაციების შესაძლებლობების გაზრდის გზით, რომლებიც პასუხისმგებელი არიან სოციალური საკითხების მოგვარებასა და უკეთესი სერვისების უზრუნველყოფაზე.
პროექტი მიზნად ისახავს სახელმწიფო ორგანიზაციების დახმარებას დაუცველ მოსახლეობაზე ორიენტირებული სოციალური სერვისების წვდომის გაუმჯობესებასა და გამარტივებაში.

The main objective of the project is to minimize the impact of the pandemic on the people affected, through increasing the capacity of the relevant state actors to tackle social issues and deliver better services.

– Improve social assistance delivery to cover the needs of the most vulnerable, through capacity building provided to relevant state agencies and municipalities

- develop methodologies with SSA and municipalities in order to identify vulnerable people, create methodology at local level for quality social services.

- increase professionalism and beneficiary-oriented social services delivery, through accessible and streamlined different back-office and front-office processes of SSA

– Create/develop easily accessible and user friendly online information management system and boost data management capacity, as well as enhance information/outreach to the regions

- Easier and accessible interactions with beneficiaries
- Integration of the different databases of the Ministry within the new IT and Analytics Agency
- More informed population about existing social rights and access to it
- Change in perception of social work

– Support structural review/reform of the current social protection system, including the legislative process
