Yana is a Cultural Studies alumna from Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, member of Youth Council under the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine as the Deputy Head of the Department of Internal and External Functioning of Culture and a volonteer at the Lotus Fund. She’s an expert in Cultural theory, Art history Post- and Decolonial studies and has experience in shaping cultural policy, advising on state strategies, and advocating for youth rights in the cultural sector. Yana is creative, empathetic and never looses her intelectual curiosity. Her main goal is to make Ukrainian culture thrive and bloom in every possible way.
