Syune is an Armenian student passionate about good governance, sustainable development, and community empowerment. She is currently studying at Yerevan State University, majoring in International Relations, Public Administration and Public Policy. Originally from Kapan in the Syunik region, she is dedicated to promoting decentralization, strengthening local self-governance, and supporting rural development. Syune has been engaged in several youth and community initiatives and believes that meaningful change begins at the local level. She hopes to apply her academic knowledge and international experience to contribute to Armenia’s sustainable development and institutional modernization.
