Shahim graduated with a bachelor degree in political science from Khazar University. She has contributed to research on foreign policy, security, and green energy, with her work published on local and global platforms. Shahim has also gained hands-on experience through internships and participation in international study programs, broadening her perspective on geopolitical dynamics with a specific focus on the South Caucasus region. As a Young European Ambassador, she is committed to promoting youth engagement in policy discussions and fostering dialogue on security, sustainability, and regional cooperation in the Eastern Neighbours region.
