Serly Manouel is a dedicated youth worker and community organizer based in Armenia, with a background in Economics and Management from Yerevan State University. She has worked with MEU Strasbourg and MEU Yerevan, contributing to logistics, coordination, and participant support. Serly is actively involved in UNHCR-related projects that empower refugees and rural youth through non-formal education and community initiatives. Passionate about empowerment, creativity, and faith-based work, she leads programs that inspire young people to grow, connect, and envision brighter futures.
