Rafayel is an undergraduate student of Politics and Governance in American University of Armenia. He is activly engage in civic activities as a volunteer. He volunteered in Armenian Red Cross Society and in the nationwide civic campaign to submit a citizen-initiated draft law to the Armenian National Assembly, launching the country’s process toward EU integration. As a Young European Ambassador, Rafayel is passionate about promoting inclusive opportunities for youth, preserving cultural heritage, and strives to build stronger connections between young leaders and inspire a more participatory and culturally aware society.
