Mykyta, a determined student from Luhansk, considers that he personifies European values through his unwavering commitment to personal development and the broader improvement of Ukraine and the EU. Despite facing various challenges, he is currently pursuing a degree at Східноукраїнський національний університет імені Володимира Даля (East Ukrainian National University named after Volodymyr Dahl). Actively engaging in volunteer work, Mykyta contributes to positive change on both the local and national levels. His journey not only reflects academic pursuits but also underscores his profound belief in European values, fuelling his efforts to overcome difficulties and positively impact the wider community, striving for a brighter future for society.

This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a GOPA PACE-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
