Maxim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi and a Master’s degree in European Studies from the University of Salamanca. With experience in international volunteering through ESN and civic engagement in Moldova, he is currently contributing to the country’s EU accession efforts as an intern at the Bureau for European Integration. He is also serving as a Legal Officer at Youth Security Europe, strengthening his interest in security issues and youth empowerment. Passionate about European affairs and human rights, he aims to build a career at the European level and is committed to promoting a more united, democratic, and resilient Europe as a Young European Ambassador.
