I am Laman Salimova from Azerbaijan, a fast-developing, resource-rich country with old cultural heritage, the country has a short history of independence but became a role model to the world in many aspects, besides I am a global citizen with the passion to make an impact to change the world better. As a recent graduate of ADA University majoring in International Relations, I am well aware of the current threats to global peace and security and I am very concerned about the people who are getting suffered disproportionately. Shortly, I can describe myself as a “Critical Observer”, and during my all academic and professional experiences, I became sure that knowledge that drives positive change is apparent around us, observing, perceiving and sharing stays in the core of every transaction which will make us stronger to overcome the challenges. Sharing knowledge and experience and learning from others constitutes the core of my interest towards promoting European values which can assure prosperity to the whole world. I would like to be the bridge in this process and as the present and future agent of change, I truly believe that it is time to combine passion with action and show the value of cooperation in the name of peaceful and sustainable development.
