Ilona is a compelling and motivation-driven student in the field of social sciences, who is currently finishing her Bachelor’s degree in Brussels. After her experience of working in different non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and news sources, she aims to bring various societal problems onto the international agenda and find ways to solve these issues. She believes that one way of doing so, is by bridging the divide between the EU and Eastern Europe, as well as promoting civil activism among youth.
