Gunay is a passionate youth activist and volunteer studying Information Technologies at the University of Economics. She has been actively involved in several organisations such as the Association Internationale des Étudiants en Sciences Économiques et Commerciales (AIESEC), the National Assembly of Youth Organisations of the Republic of Azerbaijan (NAYORA), and the Erasmus Student Network (ESN). With a strong dedication to fostering youth engagement and international collaboration, Gunay strives to promote positive change through her work and volunteering. Her commitment to technology, sustainability, and cross-cultural exchange drives her to continuously contribute to creating a better future for young people worldwide. As a Young European Ambassador, Gunay aims to empower youth, strengthen cross-cultural understanding, and amplify the voices of young people in global discussions on sustainability and innovation.
