Elise is a Master’s student in European Affairs at Sciences Po, specialising in international European affairs. Her interest in the EU developed through her studies and travels, leading her to engage in associative projects and do an Erasmus exchange in Amsterdam. These experiences have deepened her interest in European governance and external relations, especially the EU’s role in fostering cooperation with its neighbours. She was previously involved in the Jeunes Européens – France, in their city network, helping cities that want to promote European values, sentiment, and initiatives within their territories and exchange good practices.
