Elen is a youth advocate, educator, and storyteller, dedicated to fostering dialogue through law, policy, and cultural exchange. She has led Armenian and English language classes across multiple NGOs, organised Erasmus in Schools sessions to expand access to international opportunities and mentored students in debate and public speaking. As an active member of EYP, she engages in European discussions on policy and governance, while her legal research and multilingual casework reflect her commitment to justice. Whether in classrooms, legal spaces, or international forums, her work centres on amplifying voices and driving meaningful change.
