Artem implements youth and civic initiatives aimed at addressing local socio-economic issues and strengthening public participation in decision-making. He works on projects that support democratic education and engage young people in Ukraine’s recovery at the community level. Artem conducts analysis of local policies and economic processes, including the financing of public strategies and programs. He also has experience in preparing grant applications, donor communication, and fundraising for NGOs.
