Aleksandra holds degrees in Business and Administration and Slavic Studies. She is currently completing an internship in the Compliance department, where she develops her interests in legal frameworks and transparency. Alongside her academic and professional experience, she has a strong interest in EU youth policy, which was the focus of her bachelor’s thesis. Her background is enriched by international engagement — including two semester exchanges, several Erasmus+ projects, and involvement in an initiative connecting young people from EU Member States and beyond. She has also been an active member of student organizations such as AIESEC and NZS, where she promoted youth cooperation and active citizenship among peers.
