Ukraine: House of Europe offers online training sessions for filmmakers in partnership with Netflix

The EU-funded House of Europe programme in Ukraine, in partnership with Netflix, invites aspiring and experienced film industry professionals to upgrade their knowledge.

Those who are studying filmmaking or already have experience in the industry are invited to join a month-long online learning for filmmakers. You will be able to access e-learning modules on how to succeed at entry level and pre-recorded webinars on post-production for early to mid-stage professionals.

The deadline for applications is 21 September.

Screenwriters, directors or producers who have been working on a film or TV series for some time and want to learn how to pitch their projects more effectively are invited to join the online lecture ‘What makes a successful television pitch’, by Christopher Mack, Director of Grow Creative for Netflix International Originals.

Over the course of three hours, you’ll learn the basics of a compelling pitch document and understand how to structure and present your series.

The deadline for applications is 21 September.
