U-LEARN, the educational platform of the EU-funded ‘U-LEAD with Europe’ programme in Ukraine, has launched an online course on the ‘Fundamentals of Municipal Communications’ (“Основи комунікацій ОМС”).
The course will help local self-government officials structure their communication work and gain practical tools for effective dialogue with the municipality.

The course is structured in five modules, its duration – five academic hours.
Participants receive certificates upon completion.
To register, the applicants should register on the U-LEARN platform, choose the ‘Online Courses’ section and then the course.
U-LEARN is the educational platform of the ‘U-LEAD with Europe’ programme, which is jointly funded by the EU and its Member States—Germany, Denmark, France, Austria, Poland and Slovenia—with the aim of supporting Ukraine on its path towards strengthening local self-government. U-LEAD promotes transparent, sustainable and accountable multi-level governance in Ukraine that meets the needs of citizens and empowers communities.
