Moldova for Peace, a working group created under the auspices of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Government of the Republic of Moldova, is looking for volunteers to assist their efforts of receiving, assisting and accommodating the migration flow from Ukraine.
The group works in several directions: coordinating volunteers, providing transportation, accommodation, and identifying necessary goods and services.
Every day, thousands of people are crossing the border from Ukraine into the Republic of Moldova. They have various needs regarding food, transportation, goods, services (medical, translation and interpretation, psychological help etc) and more. These needs are collected by the Moldovan authorities and provided to the ‘Moldova for Peace’ volunteer group. In partnership with the business community, non-governmental and charitable organisations, these goods and services are sought and identified in order to reach the refugees and those who cross the border.
To express your interest in volunteering with ‘Moldova for Peace’, fill in the form.
