EU4Youth self-assessment tool to help young people in Ukraine discover their entrepreneurial potential

The ‘EU4Youth: Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship programme’, co-funded by the European Union and Lithuania, has launched the EntreGram4YouthUA self-assessment tool.

This instrument is designed to help young people in Ukraine to explore their potential and shape their own entrepreneurial paths.

EntreGram4YouthUA helps you understand where to start, what to focus on and how to match your competencies with accessible, free learning resources.

Upon completion, you will receive a detailed profile of their entrepreneurial skills, a personalised certificate and direct links to free learning opportunities that can help you develop further.

EntreGram4YouthUA self-assessment is available on the Diia.Osvita platform.

This is a self-paced course that you can take at any time convenient for you. It takes an average of 30-40 minutes to complete.

The tool was developed as part of the European Entrepreneurship Competence Framework (EntreComp), adapted for youth in Ukraine. The EntreComp framework explains how entrepreneurial competencies are applied in real-life situations – from working with ideas to taking action, assessing risks, and managing resources effectively. The adapted EntreComp4Youth version, now available in Ukraine, enables young people to holistically assess their potential and understand which competencies they may need to strengthen.

In addition, the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, together with the State Employment Service of Ukraine, have developed a practical self-development guide, which includes open educational resources and examples of how entrepreneurial skills can be applied in everyday and professional life.

The ‘EU4Youth: Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship programme’, co-funded by the European Union and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania, implemented by the Central Project Management Agency (CPVA, Lithuania), supports the creation of new employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for young people across the Eastern Partnership region.

EntreComp4Youth in Ukraine and EntreGram4YouthUA have been developed in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Diia.Osvita, Diia.Business and the Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development, with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, State Employment Service of Ukraine.
