EU-funded ‘Life Comes First on the Road!’ film competition launched in Azerbaijan


As part of the EU’s Twinning project, ‘Strengthening Traffic Safety in Azerbaijan’, the European Union Delegation to Azerbaijan has announced a film competition, ‘Life Comes First on the Road!’. 

The competition aims to raise awareness among the public regarding traffic safety, the social consequences of traffic accidents, and rule-based behaviour on the road.

Both professional and amateur filmmakers can enter the competition by following this link and registering. The duration of the film should be up to 5 minutes.

The deadline for applications is 11 February, 2024.

The competition is launched in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Centre for Transport Projects of the European Union in Poland and the Lithuanian Transport Safety Authority.
