Call for Ukrainian civil society organisations – grants up to €200,000 for advancing Ukraine’s EU accession

The EU flagship programme for Ukraine’s EU integration process, Ukraine2EU, has launched a new call for proposals – ‘CSOs Advancing Ukraine’s EU Accession’.

The call aims to empower civil society organisations (CSOs) that work on advocacy, public consultations, impact assessments, legislative alignment, or negotiation support to play a direct role in Ukraine’s EU integration process.

The programme particularly encourages proposals addressing the following priority EU integration areas: agriculture, industry, energy, environment, free movement of labour.

The programme will support  with grants up to €200,000 the following activities:

  • Conducting cross-sectoral impact assessments (e.g., linking energy with climate change);
  • Facilitating structured dialogues between citizens, businesses, and policymakers;
  • Advancing Ukraine’s legislative alignment and reform commitments;
  • Innovating to balance speed and quality in the EU accession process.

The deadline for applications is 1 September 2025.

Potential applicants are invited to join an online info session on 8 August at 10:00 EEST, to learn more and get your questions answered. Please register in advance to attend the meeting.
