The fifth Ukraine Rapid Damage and Needs Assessment (RDNA5), covering the period between 24 February, 2022, and 31 December, 2025, was jointly prepared by the World Bank Group, the Government of Ukraine, the European Union services, and the United Nations, in coordination with humanitarian and development partners, academia, civil society organisations, and the private sector. RDNA5 estimates that, as of 31 December 2025, the total cost of reconstruction and recovery in Ukraine will be more than €500 billion over the next decade.
