The study, commissioned by the European Commission as part of its cross‑regional Connectivity Agenda, highlights where investment is needed to strengthen transport, trade, energy and digital connections along the Trans-Caspian Corridor, connecting Europe to Central Asia via the South Caucasus.
The study provides practical guidance to governments and the private sector. It draws a clear picture of where their capital can make the biggest difference in building modern and reliable infrastructure.
The document was produced by the EU-funded ‘EU4Digital Facility’.
