EU4Digital Facility: Voice call termination market analysis report in Eastern partner countries

This EU4Digital report is a comprehensive state-of-play overview of wholesale voice call termination and market analysis in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.

The report aims to support these Eastern partner countries in performing wholesale call termination market analysis on fixed or mobile networks and aligning with European best practices.

Using a methodology based on common EU best practice, EU4Digital worked with representatives of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia in assessing their wholesale VCT markets. This work covered more than 180 fixed and mobile operators, offering the most complete regional overview to date. Moldova and Ukraine had recently completed their own national analyses, which were also included in the regional report.
