EU4Business Country Report 2024: Ukraine

The ‘EU4Business Country Report 2024: Ukraine’ provides an overview of the EU support to Ukrainian SMEs, the EU4Business country Portfolio, and the major results in the country over 2024.

In 2024, the total budget of EU support to 14,860 SMEs in Ukraine was €302.2 million. The turnover of EU-supported SMEs in Ukraine in 2024 was almost €5 billion, 50.1 per cent out of total income generated by EU-supported SMEs in the EaP. The average income per SME supported is €313,489. The number of jobs created in supported SMEs has reached 18,332.
