EU roadmap for engagement with civil society in Georgia (2018 – 2024, updated in 2021)

This renewed EU roadmap for engagement with civil society in Georgia covers the EU’s strategy up to 2024. The priorities updated following extensive consultations with CSO’s active in Georgia and EU Member States representatives now focus on strengthening CSOs’ role in decision-making processes at local and national levels, promoting collective action through supporting partnerships between CSOs, local authorities, businesses and media, and enhancing CSOs capacity to contribute more effectively to sustainable economic and democratic development and to ensure rule of law and the protection of human rights.
