In 2023, a study was conducted to evaluate the capacities of civil society organizations (CSOs) focused on gender equality and women’s empowerment in Georgia. It identified their main strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Based on these findings, the study developed evidence-based recommendations for creating tailored capacity development support initiatives. These initiatives aim to enhance the involvement of CSOs in decision-making processes related to gender equality and women’s empowerment in Georgia.
