Ursula von der Leyen: ‘Putin must come to the negotiating table’

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen spoke yesterday with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and then US President Donald Trump, following the massive strike on Kyiv which also hit the offices of the EU Delegation.
