At the upcoming Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026, the Energy Community Secretariat will convene a Market Awareness session on ‘Procurement opportunities under the Ukraine Energy Support Fund’. Suppliers, donors, business associations, and policymakers are invited to attend and discover new opportunities to accelerate the delivery of energy equipment to Ukraine.
The Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC 2026) will be co-hosted by Poland and Ukraine in the city of Gdańsk on 25 and 26 June 2026.
There are currently €123 million worth of open procurement opportunities under the Fund, with up to €200 million worth of procurement in preparation. Opportunities are accessible through the Fund’s Procurement Platform.
Procurement will typically cover electrical equipment; grid and substation components; gas infrastructure; power generation; district heating and thermal equipment; safety and operational equipment; and directly associated services.
Working in full alignment with the Ministry’s priorities, the Fund channels contributions from governments, financial institutions, and corporate donors to repair and reinforce Ukraine’s damaged energy infrastructure, sustaining Ukraine’s power and heat supply amid wartime conditions.
To date, 38 donors have signed over €1,96 billion in grants, enabling the conclusion of over 1.300 supply contracts worth over €1 billion. Deliveries valued at over €700 million have reportedly reached Ukraine.
