EU’s Special Representative for South Caucasus and Georgian crisis visits the region


The European Union Special Representative for South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar, is paying a regional visit to South Caucasus this week.

Earlier in the week, he had meetings in Baku and Tbilisi.

On 21 October he visited Yerevan, where he also had high-level consultations, aimed at continuing discussions on how the EU can support a peaceful and stable South Caucasus.

Toivo Klaar met with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Defence Minister Arshak Karapetyan.
