New transparency tool launched to support Moldova’s EU path

A new public instrument is now available in Moldova to monitor progress in reforms and EU financial support – the ‘Reform and Growth Facility Scoreboard’. 

Developed by the European Commission under the EU Growth Plan for Moldova, the Scoreboard provides clear, structured and regularly updated information on the implementation of the Reform Agenda agreed between the EU and Moldova. It also highlights releases and disbursements of funds under the Reform and Growth Facility.

In practical terms, the Scoreboard translates policy documents and technical reform commitments into a format that can be easily consulted and understood by non-specialist audiences.

For journalists and media professionals, the Scoreboard represents more than a repository of information, it is a working tool for evidence-based reporting. It allows reporters to verify official statements against agreed reform benchmarks and to assess whether commitments are being fulfilled within the expected timeframe.
