New phase of ‘EU4Youth: Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship’ officially launched in Armenia, Georgia, and Moldova

A new regional programme ‘EU4Youth: Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship’, fostering the employment and entrepreneurship of young people in the Eastern Partnership countries, has been officially launched in Armenia, Georgia and Moldova.

The kick-off events took place in Georgia on 18 May, in Armenia on 25 May and in Moldova on 1 June. The launch of the programme in Azerbaijan is scheduled for 23 June.

During 2022-2024, ‘EU4Youth: Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship’ will help young people improve their career management skills and build dialogue between public, private and non-governmental sectors on youth employment. In particular, the programme will focus on building the capacity of leading institutions in politics and the labour market.

The programme is co-funded by the EU and the Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and implemented by the Lithuanian Central Project Management Agency (CPMA)  in the Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine).
