EU Business Climate Report Azerbaijan 2024 presented in Baku

The seventh edition of the ‘EU Business Climate Report Azerbaijan 2024’ was presented last week in Baku. 

The report is a regular study conducted in Azerbaijan since 2016 as part of the ‘EU-Azerbaijan Business Forum’, funded by the European Union. The report reflects the latest trends in Azerbaijan’s business climate from the perspective of European companies and European investors operating in the country. 

The 2024 edition focuses on key topics for the private sector, such as Azerbaijan’s economic development, sector-specific business environment insights, investment climate, and emerging investment opportunities.

The presentation took place during a business breakfast, which also provided the European Union Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Marjana Kujundžić, with an opportunity to meet representatives of European companies and chambers of commerce.

In her speech, Ambassador Kujundzic highlighted the importance of the long-standing partnership between the European Union and Azerbaijan and the valuable contribution of European companies to the country’s sustainable economic development.
