RescEU: Medical equipment worth €4.2 million arrives in Moldova

Medical equipment from the RescEU reserve established by the European Union has been delivered to Chisinau to support Moldova in facing the challenges posed by the refugee flow from Ukraine. 

The total amount of equipment donated is €4.2 million. The devices will be distributed to medical institutions in Moldova.

This is an addition to the humanitarian aid provided to Moldova through the EU Civil Protection Mechanism under which 17 EU member states and Norway have channelled humanitarian and financial assistance worth over €14 million.
