Vladislav is a youth sustainability and climate advocate, and has been serving as a Young European Ambassador since 2018.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from  Московский государственный институт международных отношений (университет) Министерства иностранных дел РФ (Moscow State Institute of International Relations University of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs), and a Master’s degree in Economics from Lunds universitet (Lund University, Sweden).

Vladislav has been involved in youth work on climate and sustainable development goals from late 2014 and has been actively involved in the work of multiple global youth constituencies, such as UN Major Group on Children and Youth (UN MGCY), SDG7 Youth Constituency and YOUNGO (official youth constituency to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change).

In 2019, Vladislav was invited by the UN Secretary General’s Envoy on Youth to help organise the first UN Youth Climate Summit in New York. Since 2020, Vladislav has been serving his mandate as the UN Secretary General’s Youth Advisor on Climate Change, with his most recent assignment being representation of youth interests at the UN High-Level Dialogue on Energy platform.
