Viktoria is engaged in volunteering, and public activities. Currently, she is the vice-chairman of the Lviv Children’s Advisory Council, the ambassador of U-Report Ukraine, and the co-organizer of the “Molodvizh” event. She is an activist for the protection of children’s rights. Therefore, she worked with UNICEF (International Mayors Summit, Children 2021 summit, media campaigns, the “Child-friendly cities” strategy, etc.). She was part of the working group and delegation to the Youth Capital of Europe 2025. Vika is also studying political science at the Ukrainian Catholic University

This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
