Silvan Ergican is an Economics and Political Science graduate from the University of Heidelberg, Germany, with an academic focus on Public Investment, International Economics, and EU cohesion policy. Professionally, he is currently specializing on Project and Infrastructure Finance, after several experiences in international development. Following an internship at the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development and several volunteer experiences, he has a regional focus on Eastern and Southeastern Europe, the South Caucasus, and Central Asia. Silvan speaks German, English, French, Turkish, Polish, and Russian, and wants to promote youth mobility and exchange between across Europe.
