Jalala Hajiyeva is a Public Affairs student and emerging social impact leader from Azerbaijan, dedicated to advancing youth development, women’s empowerment, and community-based education initiatives. She has managed multi-country innovation and education projects across Azerbaijan and Africa and co-founded public health and financial literacy initiatives that support underserved communities. Jalala has represented Azerbaijan in international leadership programs such as SUSI and the Carter School’s Peacemaking Practice Program in the United States, where she deepened her experience in cross-cultural collaboration, community leadership, and civic engagement. With a background spanning consulting, social entrepreneurship, project management and public-sector partnerships, she is committed to designing inclusive solutions that expand access to opportunity. She aims to scale her impact through globally connected youth leadership networks.
