Anastasiia is a European Studies graduate at the Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia, who is deeply committed to supporting active civic and civil engagement in society. Originally from Ukraine, she currently lives in Brussels and works as a Project and Fundraising Assistant at a European non-governmental organisation (ENGO) that promotes active ageing and expert volunteering among older citizens. Anastasiia is delighted to join the Young European Ambassadors network, contributing to the efforts in supporting Ukraine’s path towards EU membership, promoting active citizenship among youth, advancing European values, and exploring deeper collaboration between the EU and the Eastern Partnership countries
