On 6–7 December, within the framework of the global Orange the World – 16 Days of Activism campaign, the Young European Ambassadors (YEAs) in Azerbaijan organised a two-day training on gender-based violence and gender-based hate speech at the YEAs Office in Baku.
The training brought together young people aged 16–29 to explore human rights principles, different forms of hate speech, and non-violent communication. Through interactive discussions, quizzes, and creative group work, participants actively engaged with the topics by presenting their reflections in newspaper and magazine formats. The programme was further enriched by the contribution of a YEA alumna, who shared her experience and perspectives, fostering meaningful dialogue.
